FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Why Full Circle?

Full Circle offers a unique combination of services, because I am able to treat both mothers and children. You will be able to find many therapists that can treat one or the other, but never both. I offer a one-stop shop for all things movement-related, from babyhood to adolescence to parenthood and beyond.

What's the cost?

An evaluation costs $175, while subsequent sessions are $120 and last about 60 minutes. Additional, stand-alone treatments include dry needling ($30, 10 minutes) and home exercise modification ($25, 10 minutes). Home visits are also available, for an increased cost.

Do you take insurance?

You may be able to receive reimbursement through your insurance even though Full Circle is considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service, but a superbill will be created and send via email which can be used to get reimbursement from your insurance provider. Check with your carrier.

Do I need a referral/prescription?

You do not need a prescription or doctor’s referral for physical therapy. (If you have an HMO plan, you may want to check with your carrier on primary care physician’s referrals for reimbursement.)

What ages do you treat?

I treat all ages, from newborns to older adults. I especially love treating mother-baby pairs!

How long will I need therapy?

Depending on your goals for you or your child, I typically begin with a 6-8 week course of therapy. If goals are met in a shorter time period it is very possible that therapy may conclude earlier.

How often/how long are sessions?

Traditionally, I recommend therapy 1-2 times per week for about 6-8 weeks. Sessions last between 45–60 minutes depending on several factors that can be discussed in the evaluation.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Absolutely. Virtual visits last 45 minutes on Zoom, and I also offer home visits for some clients for an additional travel fee.

I have been a Physical Therapist since 2010, and started with all pediatric patients. After I had twin girls, I had a great appreciation for the pelvic floor and how amazing a woman’s body is. What sets me apart is that I am well versed in treating and caring for children of all ages along with pelvic floor/core issues that may be present in the new mom. The combination of pediatrics and women’s health helps everything to come “Full Circle.”

Healing and strength for all ages and all stages of life

Do you have a medically complex child?

Travel can be hard with fragile little ones, especially requiring medical equipment. Home visits are available.
