After treating women and children for 3 years as a physical therapist, I gave birth to my twin girls via C-section. The leaking, the pain, the core weakness—I’ve experienced it all.
When I returned to treating clients, I had a totally different perspective as a mother—and I knew there had to be a better way to help women and children.
It’s so common for babies and new moms to struggle with function and weakness. It’s not so common to find someone who can help both of you, at the same time.
I keep things real in my office. And if all you need that day is a good cry or a good talk, I’m here for that.
Full Circle Physical Therapy begins with a personal evaluation, assessing strength, mobility, balance, and function. The evaluation will help me to understand the deficits and how to apply treatments to improve overall impairments. I offer co-evaluations for mothers and children.
Physical therapy sessions are 1-on-1, last 45-60 minutes, and take place at Root & Bloom, a chiropractic office in Clarendon Hills. In our sessions we will perform manual techniques if needed, along with exercises and specific movements to improve patterns.
I want to ensure every woman and child is achieving life-changing results. I make sure that happens by continuing to assess your goals, measure your strength, and evaluate progress.
I treat physical limitations and pain due to pregnancy and childbirth—no matter how far along you are, or how old your kids are!
I work with all ages, from fresh newborns to rascally teenagers. Your child could benefit from an evaluation if any of the following are true:
Your child…
Just because you don’t have kids, or your kids are grown, doesn’t mean that you can’t have pelvic floor dysfunction!

Reimbursement may be available through your health insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and following the visit, you will receive a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement.
